RESOLVE THRUSH CREAM’S 40G soft gentle cream base is easy to apply to tender inflamed areas. Many Resolve products contain dimethicone, a protective silicone cream base, which helps to protect the skin from chafing, water, urine and other irritants, which can further irritate already aggravated skin. This helps to stop the itch and irritation. It also helps the Resolve antifungal treatment get to work to effectively treat the infection. The moisturising base also encourages healing making the site of infection feel more comfortable which in turn makes you feel healthier. All Resolve products contain miconazole nitrate, a broad spectrum antifungal which treats fungal infections quickly and effectively.
