Adults: 2 capsules (with food) twice daily or as directed.
Your gastrointestinal tolerance and condition should provide your dosage guideline. For individuals with a sensitive stomach, it is recommended that MSM be taken with food. Do not exceed 8g of MSM daily.
Clinicians InflamEase contains MSM, to date there is insufficient evidence regarding the use of MSM with blood thinning medications. Use Clinicians InflamEase (or any other products with MSM) with caution in individuals on Warfarin or other blood thinning medications, discuss with your health professional before use.

MSM (methylsulphonylmethane) is naturally present in food and the human body.
