Q. How many times a day can I use this?

MSM is usually well tolerated, so just use as needed. However if an irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Clinicians MSM Flamm Roll On contains MSM, to date there is insufficient evidence regarding the use of topical MSM with blood thinning medications. Use with caution in individuals on Warfarin or other blood thinning medications. Use under health professional supervision.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Little is known about the action of topical MSM during these times. This supplement is not recommended during these times unless under health professional supervision.
