Our commercial team covers a broad range of experience and skill sets, from Business Development Managers to Product Specialists.

We regularly recruit:

  • Business Development professionals who drive strategic partnerships, open new market opportunities, and strengthen our presence in new and existing markets. They act as the link between customers and the business, anticipating market needs and delivering solutions that build lasting value. Their focus on growth and new product registrations supports Douglas’ sustainable expansion.

  • Product Specialists who work across high-growth categories to plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies that support our growth goals. They create effective through-the-line campaigns, develop key resources, and collaborate closely with teams to successfully take products to market.

We look for people with a strong business-to-business background in pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical categories. You’ll bring a growth mindset, analytical strength, and the ambition to make a real impact on our commercial performance.
