We use a variety of production techniques and have a strong focus on quality and safety in everything we do. We work to strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) which means we follow Standard Operating Procedures every step of the way. Whether you're mixing product, cleaning machinery, or packing finished goods, there’s always a clear process to follow.

Our Operators work fixed shifts (no rotating rosters!) which means great predictability. We offer a day shift, afternoon shift, and night shift. Plus, our afternoon and night shifts come with extra shift and meal allowances!

We regularly recruit:

• Production Operators – the makers in our operation. They run production equipment to create quality products, mixing, drying, and compounding raw ingredients into tablets, capsules, and liquids. They’re detail-focused, process-driven, mechanically minded, and committed to quality.
  
  

• Machine Operators – the people behind our fast-moving packing machinery. They operate, clean, and monitor automated equipment to help us hit our production targets. We look for mechanically minded team members who are comfortable following detailed instructions.
  
  

• Machine Setters – the experts who prepare and set up the packing line machinery. They make sure every machine is configured correctly for the product being run. Setters have strong mechanical aptitude, a solid understanding of GMP, technical problem-solving skills, and a sharp eye for detail.
