Douglas Pharmaceuticals has been named on the 2026 Global Top 100 Inspiring Places to Work™ List for the second consecutive year.
The recognition follows Douglas being named the number one Inspiring Workplace in Australasia in 2026, and marks the company's third consecutive year in the regional top 10.
The past twelve months have represented the most significant period of change in Douglas' history. The organisation separated into three standalone businesses, appointed a new Chief Executive, and welcomed a new Executive Director to its board, alongside a range of further structural changes.
Throughout that transformation, the standard of care shown to our people was maintained. That consistency reflects the commitment of our employees — the way they support one another and the attitude they bring to work each day. It is a defining characteristic of Douglas and central to how we operate.
