Douglas is pleased to welcome Sean Westbrook as Chief Executive Officer of Douglas Pharmaceuticals.

Sean brings extensive leadership experience across the pharmaceutical industry, having held roles spanning commercial operations and manufacturing across a wide range of international markets.

Sean’s career has included leadership positions with organisations such as Aspen Holdings, Sun Pharma, and Tiger Brands, and most recently he was Managing Director of AROTEC Diagnostics here in New Zealand.

Sean’s experience and leadership approach align strongly with the values that have guided Douglas for nearly 60 years – a long-term view, a strong focus on quality and capability, and a genuine commitment to people.
