Together, the Technical Services team strengthens the backbone of our manufacturing operations, ensuring we produce high-quality medicines safely, consistently and at scale, while enabling continuous improvement and powering Douglas’ ongoing growth.

Process Engineers drive the technical design and optimisation of equipment, utilities and manufacturing platforms, turning development concepts into scalable, efficient and future-ready commercial processes. They champion innovation on the factory floor, applying automation, PAT, data analytics and Lean thinking to improve performance and enable seamless technology transfer.
Validation Engineers make sure every system and process performs exactly as intended. Through rigorous equipment validation, process validation and cleaning validation, they safeguard product quality and GMP compliance, and support the introduction of new facilities, equipment and technologies across the site.
